Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VC Ultimate website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To place orders or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if it changes.

3. Custom Orders & Products

• Design ownership: You retain ownership of any original designs, logos, or artwork you upload. By uploading, you grant VC Ultimate a license to use them solely for producing your order.
• Design responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any logos, trademarks, or imagery included in your design.
• Custom production: Custom sublimated products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Minimum quantities: Some products may have minimum order quantities. Setup fees may apply for orders below specified thresholds.
• Color accuracy: Due to the nature of sublimation printing and screen variations, final printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews.

4. Team Orders

Team orders allow a manager to coordinate orders for multiple team members. The team manager is responsible for the accuracy of roster information and for communicating order details to their team. Individual team members who join via invite link agree to these Terms.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in the selected currency and are estimates until your order is finalized.
• Prices may vary by region and currency. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• We accept payment through our secure payment processor. Payment is required before production begins.
• VC Ultimate reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice for future orders.

6. Promotional Codes

• Promotional codes are subject to their specific terms, conditions, and expiration dates.
• Codes may have usage limits (per user or total), minimum order requirements, or product restrictions.
• Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly marked as stackable.
• We reserve the right to deactivate or modify promotional codes at any time.
• Abuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

7. VC Card Membership

The VC Card membership program provides exclusive benefits and discounts. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change. VC Card benefits cannot be transferred and expire according to the membership period.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

9. Returns & Defects

Custom-made products are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will replace defective items at no additional cost.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the VC Ultimate website — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of VC Ultimate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VC Ultimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
